56,000 visitors. 716m². Six weeks to make it happen.
Our
Goal
To create an immersive HOKA experience for the Paris Half Marathon that brought together retail, product launch, hospitality and experiential activation, all within one bold, seamless environment. And it needed to work hard.
The 716m² double-deck space would welcome approximately 56,000 visitors in just 2.5 days, so every element had to balance brand impact with serious operational performance.
The
Detail
Extreme Exhibitions has worked with HOKA for four years, combining creative thinking with the operational expertise required to deliver major brand experiences across Europe.
For Paris, we created a 504m² ground floor and 212m² upper deck, incorporating eight retail zones, the immersive FLYLAB experience, VIP hospitality and a dedicated launch area for the new Bondi 9.
The catch? We had just six weeks from initial brief to installation.
Seven 40ft trucks, three specialist teams and round-the-clock working followed, with the entire environment built in just 48 hours and dismantled again in 19 hours. The scale behind the scenes never overshadowed the experience out front.
Illuminated wayfinding, digital merchandising, interactive technology and dedicated community areas created a clear, engaging customer journey, while the stand itself was engineered with future reuse in mind.
From planning and production to AV, logistics, installation and live event support, Extreme managed the entire project as one team.
Big brand. Big audience. Very small margin for error.
