A stand designed to do more than attract attention. It was designed to start conversations.
Our
Goal
To create a high-impact exhibition experience at BIBA that brought the Allianz brand to life while supporting one of its most important commercial priorities: building stronger relationships with brokers.
Rather than simply creating another corporate exhibition stand, the objective was to give people a genuine reason to stop, engage and spend time with the Allianz team.

Detail
Extreme Exhibitions designs and builds Allianz’s exhibition presence, transforming its 96m² island stand into a space built around conversation, connection and memorable experiences.
For BIBA, we took inspiration from one of Allianz’s most recognisable UK partnerships; its relationship with the Rugby Football Union and Allianz Stadium, the home of England Rugby.
It gave us the perfect creative platform. Rugby goalposts, sporting references and interactive competitions brought the partnership into the physical environment, with prizes including signed England shirts and tickets to internationals at Allianz Stadium.
But the rugby theme wasn’t there simply for decoration.
Ideas of teamwork, partnership, performance and being stronger together reflected the very relationships Allianz wanted to build with its broker community.
The result was an environment that encouraged people to stop, interact and, most importantly, talk.
And the experience didn’t end when the exhibition closed. Extreme also helped deliver a private VIP evening event for Allianz clients, extending the BIBA presence into a more exclusive setting and creating another valuable opportunity for face-to-face connection.
From creative concept through to design, build and delivery, we turned an established Allianz partnership into an exhibition experience that was instantly recognisable, relevant and genuinely engaging.
Because sometimes the most valuable thing a stand can create isn’t footfall. It’s a relationship.
